What is a "NS PRO BOX"? This seems cool, but I'm not sure what it's value is

I stumbled across this device on eBay: NS Pro Box

and it sounds pretty cool. Is there a benefit to anyone perusing these boards? When would I use this vs Odin (the Samsung go-to program for flashing etc).

Is it worth this price? Are there cheaper versions?
