I'm probably just venting, but so annoyed with LG's crap tech support that I am getting close to selling this phone and never buying any LG product ever again, of any kind.

My new recommendation to people is LG is fine if you don't need support and don't get one of the many many many defective units. But is that how you want to feel about a new purchase?
