Hi,
Just got my Z5 Premium today. During the initial setup it started to auto-install all apps under my Google account (which is fine). I had an SD Card in it and through Apps I did a 'Move to SD Card'. Later for some purpose I had to remove the SD Card, format it, reinsert it in Z5 and rebooted. Since then my Z5 has gone in an infinite loop (I get the Sony white page on start-up, then Android logo and then 'Optimizing App xxx of yyy).
I cannot go into boot loader to do a factory reset because it is locked (I did not realise that I needed to unlock it when the phone was accessible).
I have tried to connect it to Sony PC Companion app but it does not detect it (even thou the correct driver is installed).
The Z5 Premium came out of the box with lollipop 5.1.1. I have read that this version is bugged with this optimizing problem.
Any suggestions on how I get to start using this phone, thanks.
