Play store server error

I got today a brand new z4 tablet.
I am experiencing an issue that should be solved easily but remains.
I get the google play store "server error" message that can't be solved even with uninstallid the updates and clearing cach/data.
I also tried to install the latest apk version but i still get the same message.
I haven't tried factory resetting , only if anything else fails.

Any suggestions ?
